From One Van to National Recognition in Electrical Contracting
WHO WE ARE
Rodgers Electrical Services Ltd (RES) was founded in 2003 by Frank Rodgers, starting with a single van and a focus on delivering high-quality electrical contracting and maintenance services. Frank’s dedication to building lasting client relationships has allowed RES to maintain many of its original customers, including local construction firms and landlords.
In 2007, the business expanded into a limited company and moved into larger premises, allowing for further growth. A significant shift occurred when RES entered the metering sector, gaining authorisations to become a Metering Equipment Manager (MEM). This opened doors to larger contracts and wider recognition.
By 2021, RES had achieved full MEM status, placing it alongside major Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) in terms of authorisation. Today, RES is known for its expertise in metering, testing, and a wide range of electrical services, serving clients across the UK.
